1. Conduct outdoor sales to promote and sell marine, automotive, commercial and industrial batteries and related services.
2. Identify potential clients and generate leads through proactive prospecting.
3. Develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
5. Provide product information, technical details, and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
6. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
8. Gather feedback from clients to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
9. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our marine and automotive battery products and related services.
10. Conduct training sessions for clients on product features and benefits.
11. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
12. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
13. Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecast to ensure a consistent and effective procurement of stock and minimize holding cost.

Skills

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, particularly in the automotive / commercial / marine sector.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive and marine industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of automotive batteries and related services.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
