Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their security needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Gather feedback from clients and market insights to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.

Site Visits and Consultation:

  • Conduct on-site visits to assess security requirements, offer consultations, and provide recommendations on suitable CCTV and electronic appliance solutions.
  • Collaborate with security consultants, architects, and contractors to understand project specifications and recommend appropriate solutions.

Quotations and Negotiations:

  • Prepare accurate quotations based on project requirements and negotiate terms and pricing to secure sales contracts.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

Sales Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
  • Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in UAE.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage existing clientele and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C sales processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for driving results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
