Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in the vibrant real estate market of Dubai, responsible for the selling or leasing of properties. Your primary responsibilities will include performing sales and marketing duties, negotiating contracts, and generating leads through outdoor sales activities.

Job Responsibilities:

- Sell or lease properties in Dubai, adhering to company guidelines and targets.

- Conduct sales and marketing activities, including presenting proposals and negotiating contracts.

- Generate and qualify leads through outdoor sales, hot and cold leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

- Develop and present proposals tailored to clients' specific requirements, highlighting the value of our offerings.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 years of experience in Real Estate sales in Dubai.

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institute

- Fluent in English and Hindi.

- Valid UAE driving license.

Note:1- Visa will be provided to suitable candidate.

2- Commission: 50% 

3- Probationary period of 3 months.
