Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in new client acquisition and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, capable of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.

- Lead the entire sales process from prospecting and initial contact to negotiation and closing deals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, presentations, and pitches to meet client requirements.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
