Required Total Years of Experience: 15+ years, with 12+ years of consulting experience and 3 to 4+ years of Abu Dhabi project handling experience

Expected Salary Range: AED 20,000 to 25,000

• Proficiency in Public Realm and Parks development

Skills

• Perform and review Landscape design Report, Sketches, drawings…..
• Communication with the client and relevant authorities.
• Prepare and review of Design calculations and reports.
• Aware of the UAE public realm guidelines and international standard methodologies of Landscape Architecture and ensuring the projects are meeting them.
• Review Quantity surveying, BOQ preparation and specification.
• Perform Technical and financial evaluations of the contracts offer and method statement for the design services that had been performance.
• Project management, commercial acumen, and risk management
• Nurturing junior engineers’ strengths and identifying areas for improvement.
• Motivating team members to accomplish their goals.
• Coaching to improve team member skill sets.
