Roles and responsibilities:
- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done safely and efficiently.
- Liaising with other stakeholders to develop plans to improve production, costs, and labor.
- Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
- Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint.
- Material planning and management.
- Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Degree in Engineering - Electrical or Mechatronics preferable5-7 years of experience in production in FMCGExperience in grains, powder, and milling process is a must.Knowledge of FFS and multihead weigher machines is an extra. Proficiency in MS Office.Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Strong leadership abilities.Superb written and verbal communication skills.Ability to make decisions under pressure.Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
