Street Pharmacy Sales Manager

  • Sales Operation & Customer Relations Management 
    - Manage the implementation of the annual plan and sales tactics to increase the company’s product sales rate by setting a monthly plan for the sales team. 
    - Analyze products’ sales status reports for all defined territories and present regular analysis reports to management. 
    - Maintain control of external expenses and monitor budget. 
    - Maintain and cultivate effective business relationships with key accounts. 
    - Monitor customers’ orders in conformance with company sales policy and analyze refunded product rates.
    - Submit regular reports to management analyzing market competition and defining new market 
    - Updates and opportunities that assist the company in making proper strategic decisions.
     
  • Team Management and Development 
    - Conduct Team performance analysis meetings regularly; to manage and monitor sales target achievements. 
    - Oversee and manage training and coaching processes to develop team efficiency. 
    - Ensure that company policies and code of ethics are communicated to the sales team and monitor sales policy implementation. 
    - Approve promotional requirements and manage to provide the sales team with needed materials.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in the same Title.Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the cosmetics industry.Deep understanding of the Egyptian pharmacy market, including distribution channels, purchasing processes, and regulatory requirements.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively.Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and sales management software.
