1. Receipt and return of raw materials from warehouses.
2. Receive product correction requests from quality officials.
3. Inventory of raw materials and final products in the hall and direct them according to operating needs.
4. Delivery of damaged and defective (scrap) for recycling.
5. Operation and adjustment of all production line machines.
6. Receiving machines and machines after external repair and maintenance.
7. Prepare all required studies and technical reports.
8. Editing requests for repair and maintenance of machinery and manufacturing machines and follow-up.
10. Cleanliness of machines, production equipment and their place.
11. Implement an annual electrical or mechanical maintenance plan.
12. Implementation of the replacement and renewal plan for annual machines.
13. Various maintenance and repair works (emergency - periodic).
14. Expansion, development, modification and replacement projects for all machines.
15. Supervising and following up all repair and maintenance work performed by the assistant technical staff.
Age not more than 30 years.Cairo or Giza resident is a must.Mechanical engineering Qualification background is must.Practical experience in the field of plastic manufacturing.High skills in decision making and problem solving and leadership .The ability to initiate, innovate, and apply those innovations.A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach.Obtaining various training and professional courses in the fieldExcellent organizational and leadership skills & Outstanding communication skills.Ability to add value, reduce costs and make business improvements.
