-Develop and implement the company's international sales strategy to increase sales and market share in all countries.
- Identify potential overseas markets and customers, and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage the entire export process, including negotiating contracts, arranging shipments, and ensuring compliance with all international trade regulations.
- Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to international customers and distributors, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay competitive in the global marketplace.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of international trade regulations, including tariffs, duties, and other customs requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, international trade, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales and export management, preferably in the building materials industry.- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs requirements.- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful international sales strategies.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with international customers and distributors.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
