Job Description.

• Responsible for working independently performing a wide range of complex technical and administrative duties in support of the business unit concerned.
• Direct contributor to achieving the monthly and annual sales target by supporting sales force in automation projects scoping and defining technical aspects that fulfil customers' requirements. 
• Prepare technical outdoor sales presentations and demonstrate them to sales engineers showing how a product will meet client needs.
• Develop strong customer relationships through appropriate client communication and the use of professional, courteous, and ethical interpersonal interaction.
• Cooperate with sales force in product planning to align with the long-term organization’s market positioning and objectives.
• Manage product issues and risks, which could lead to potential problems.
• Technical support to sales force in site surveys and customer visits.
• Tailoring Electrical and Automation solutions, based on customer functional requirements for tendering and sales offering purposes.
• Carry over various technical activities in small scale Automation projects from procurement, panel design and assembly, PLC/SCADA coding based on user requirements, handling FAT and SAT.
• Drives commissioning and basic configuration.
