Sales and Distribution Director

  • Planning and delivering Annual Operating Plan, share, volume, and Net revenue objectives.
  • Analyzing the distributor / Customers’ sales/distribution performance and current strategy. 
  • Highlighting areas of development on-trade channels and recommending action plans for recovery.
  • Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Building capability for future growth of the distributor
  • Handling the Wholesale customers and recommending trade aims to build proper distribution.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Setting the customer's annual incentive schemes to drive sales.
  • Marinating smooth communication channels with top management and ensuring the agreed contractual terms are in place.
  • Holding weekly meetings with the distributor team to communicate sales volumes, and achievements identify the opportunities/challenges, and determine proper action plans for development areas and competitive activities.

Bachelor's degree in any fieldMBA is a mustProven experience (+15 Years) Min 5 years as a Sales and Distribution Head, – Preferably in FMCG.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Proven track record of success in distributor management.Preferably with solid experience across Wholesale channels.Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.English Proficiency; Excellent (Read, Written and Spoken)Proficient in Microsoft Office programs or equivalent IT tools and Power PIDemonstrable negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build long-term relationships.Presentation and influencing skills.Strong leadership skills.
