  1. Provide technical support to end-users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software, and peripherals.
  2. Respond to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support.
  3. Document, track, and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
  4. Install and configure software applications and operating systems.
  5. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
  6. Provide support for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
  7. Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.
  8. Conference room technology support.
  9. Perform other related duties as required.

 


Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field is preferred.4 years of relevant experience in a customer-focused position involving technical knowledge of a company’s products and services.Certifications:Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
