Could you be the full-time onsite Signaling Planning Manager in Al Ula, SA we’re looking for?Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, strategic, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the charge in managing the Project planning activity from inception to closure, ensuring efficiency and excellence throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Procurement, Quality Assurance), oversee the development of comprehensive project schedules, and much more. We’ll look to you for: Highlighting the critical path and risks linked to the schedule and proposing optimization & mitigation actions, Accurate reporting on Work Package progress to ensure coordinated functional activity on the project, Anticipating and resolving problems and bottlenecks in a timely manner to prevent negative impact on the project, Providing accurate data to enable the Project Manager to ensure that coordinated project activity complies with delivery and business targets, Highlighting the gap between the actual progress and the baseline scheduling, Continuously monitoring the program to accurately reflect progress and milestones, Maintaining the interface between core team members to ensure that all project reporting is coordinated, robust, timely, and accurate, Reporting and monitoring on a weekly and monthly basis with Physical progress curves preparation, Ensuring that regular project coordination meetings are conducted on the status of the project with specific reference to engineering activity, sourcing, quality, cost, and delivery All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
