  • Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
  • Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
  • Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes.
  • Assess sales performance according to KPIs
  • Monitor competition within assigned region
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, merchandise team, and support them to ensure their success.
  • Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for the team and monitor their progress.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their targets and foster a positive and high-performance work environment.

Proven 5 years experience in FMCG (Food & Beverages sector)Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue;Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIsProficient in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.Excellent communication skillsOrganizational and leadership abilityProblem-solving attitude with an eye for detailBSc/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field
