QSR Sales Accounts Section Head

As Local QSR Sales Accounts Section Head, he will be responsible to This position involves overseeing and executing sales activities and participate in overseeing sales strategies, maintaining, and expanding relationships with key accounts, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Duties and responsibilities:

· Execute, develop, and implement effective sales activities, plans, and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

· Acquire new customers and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.

· Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

· Conduct regular client meetings to strengthen relationships and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

· Collaborate with the management team to align sales objectives with overall business goals.

· Manage, follow, and nurture relationships with key accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing clients.

· Lead and motivate the sales accounts members to achieve individual and team sales targets.

· Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their performance.

· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate competitors.

· Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

· Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for presentation to upper management.

· Utilize data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

· Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.

 

 


 · Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field or a related field· More than 7 years of experience in sales management, three of which in a supervisory role· Previous experience in the QSR industry is highly desirable· Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
