Summary:

As a Project Coordinator Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop fundamental skills in project coordination within the language services industry. You will work closely with our project management team to support the successful execution of translation and localization projects. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in translation, localization, or project management.
 

Duties:

• Manages localization projects from beginning to end, working closely with language specialists, localization engineers, product management and development, internal business partners and external vendors and other departments.
• Directs teams deliveries to timelines and product quality, including responsiveness and professionalism towards both internal and external clients.
• Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally.
• Continually expands knowledge and education in localization trends and news.
• Maintaining healthy relationship with the clients through healthy communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Localization, Linguistics, or a related field to Languages.
• 0-1 year of experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Problem-solving capabilities.
• Detail orientation with the ability to multi-task.
• Proven abilities in project planning, resource and risk management.
• Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment
