- Improve onboarding processes for remote new hires.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Manage remote employees' payroll.
- Promote HR tools to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations in the country of hiring.
English fluency is a must.Available for immediate hiring.Proven experience as an HR Generalist.Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.Good knowledge of Saudi employment/labor laws - Preferable.Experience in working with outsourcing companies.Experience in dealing with different cultures and nationalities. experience with the Gulf, Pakistan and India is a plus.Proven experience in handling both white- & blue-collar interviews.Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g., ZenHR) will be a plus.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Aptitude in problem-solving.Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field.
