●     Quality Control and Assurance: Implement strict quality control processes to meet and exceed industry standards, conducting regular quality assessments and adjustments as needed.

Staff Management and Development: Lead, manage, and develop a diverse team through effective recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance management strategies to build a high-performance work culture.

●     Safety and Compliance: Ensure the factory complies with all health and safety regulations, creating a safe workplace environment. Regularly review and update safety protocols and conduct safety drills.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Wood Science, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field.

●     Minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the wood industry.

●     Strong understanding of wood products manufacturing processes and machinery.

●     Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

●     Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

●     Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards specific to the woodworking industry
