Lychee's offering has evolved across our four ever growing sales channels; branches, online, HORECA & modern trade, boasting our diverse product portfolio. From salads, wraps, warm bowls & natural juices to homemade granola, protein bars and of course our authentic Greek yogurt.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and motivate a team of Merchandisers & Delivery representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives within the Modern Trade sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase revenue.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retailers in the Modern Trade channel.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all sales activities.
  • Conduct store visits to ensure product visibility, standards, and full-range display.
  • Monitor closely sales performance by each SKU and account to ensure sales volume and targets are achieved.
  • Implement and track in-store promotional effectiveness.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Modern Trade sector within an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  •  Minimum of 2-3 years in a Sales supervisory role.
