Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of six developers in the design, development, and maintenance of Android applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Manage the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support).
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends, applications, and protocols.
- Handle software updates, patches, and bug fixes.
- Communicate regularly with upper management to report on project status, risks, and opportunities.
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subjectProven software development experience and Android skills developmentProven working experience in Android app development andHave published at least one original Android appExperience with Android SDKExperience working with remote data via REST and JSONExperience with third-party libraries and APIsWorking knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologiesSolid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
