We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Officer specializing in Food and Beverage to join our team.

Responsibilities:**

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote food and beverage products across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

2. Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, and use findings to inform marketing initiatives.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including culinary, operations, and sales, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.

4. Create compelling content, including product descriptions, blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns, to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.

5. Manage social media accounts and online presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.

6. Coordinate and execute promotional events, tastings, and product launches to drive foot traffic and sales.

7. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to measure ROI and inform future strategies.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in food and beverage marketing, and incorporate learnings into marketing plans.

Skills

Qualifications:*

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on digital and social media marketing.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various platforms and audiences.

5. Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.

6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.

7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

8. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing analytics tools.
