Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Manager located in Beirut Governorate, Lebanon. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the contact center, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing a team, and utilizing analytical skills to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Experience in Call center management and Team management
- Ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
