Talabetak is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join Its family. In this role, you will be in charge of assisting customers, coordinate with other departments, to ensure that the customer’s queries are being met. We are looking for a customer service agent who is hard working, involved, willing to develop his skills and who is a good communicator. You will be able to work in a friendly environment where you can thrive and develop your skills.

Required Experience/Skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Fluent in Arabic and English is a must French is a plus
