1. About KASAKA
KASAKA is a luxury retail company that specializes in sourcing European luxury fashion brands and selling them to the Lebanese market. KASAKA has been in the fashion industry for over 40 years and currently has 3 physical stores in operation and an online store. Amongst the brands managed by KASAKA are Emporio Armani, Maison Valentino and other European brands.

2. Role Purpose
The role is assist customers and sell clothing and accessories in our Tag Privé multibrand store in ABC Verdun. The objective of the role is to drive the sales activity of the store and assist customers with solutions to suit their fashion needs.

3. Time Commitment
• This is a part-time ongoing role, it is paid through a fixed salary.
• Working schedule is based on shift work in ABC Verdun (10am-10pm). Candidate is expected to work 6 hour shifts (AM or PM) as well as weekend shifts.

4. Objectives
• Drive and grow Tag Privé’s sales activity
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business for the store
• Offer solutions based on total outfits to encourage cross-sales and up-sales
• Ensure stock is adequately replenished with items from the warehouse
• Assist with Tag Privé’s social media activity

5. Deliverables
• Daily engagement with customers and advise them on items that suit their needs
• Create display looks on mannequins and display tools
• Utilise sales and stock management system on a daily basis
• Cash management and invoicing of customer purchases
• Detailed understanding of stock and daily replenishment from warehouse items
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business for the shop
• Engage with sister stores to understand item availability
• Engage with customers for seasonal arrivals and sales period
• Support marketing team with content for the purpose of social media
• Delivers insight on popular items and items that performed less

6. Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a sales professional, with solid fashion styling and customer facing skills.
• Self-starter, motivated individual
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Excellent customer engagement skills
• Skilled with merchandise display, can put an outfit together on shop windows
• Comfortable using sales invoicing tools as well as Office software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Experience in the fashion/retail industry
• Able to think on their feet to attend to customer’s needs
• Complies with company policies and adopt discount methods based on sales seasons
• Can adapt display to merchandise performance
