Role and Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents, to support the administrative needs of the office.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including common areas, meeting rooms, and pantry/kitchen areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic work environment for all employees.
Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery, pantry supplies, and cleaning materials, to ensure adequate stock levels and availability for day-to-day operations.
Assist in setting up and arranging meeting rooms, conference rooms, and event spaces for meetings, presentations, and special events, including arranging chairs, tables, and audiovisual equipment as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate recipients and ensuring timely delivery and dispatch.
Assist in running errands and performing miscellaneous tasks outside the office, such as purchasing office supplies, making bank deposits, and picking up/delivering documents or packages.
Provide support to office staff, executives, and visitors as needed, including escorting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Assist in basic office maintenance tasks, such as light bulb replacement, furniture assembly, and equipment troubleshooting, reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and activities.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an office or corporate environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact courteously and professionally with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, internet browsing, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina and ability to perform light physical tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and moving office supplies and equipment.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
