Perform detailed design engineering, site survey, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, factory testing, inspection, shipping, construction, installation, on-site testing, integration, pre-commissioning and commissioning, prepare as-built documentation, provide storage and training services for the following systems:

Backbone Fiber Optic Cable Line System

Cabling Infrastructure System

IT & Telecom and Integrated Security Data Transmission Networks System

Trunking Radio System

Public Address and General Alarm and Hotline System

IT Infrastructure System

Conference and Multimedia Systms

Enterprise TC System

IT Security System (Engineering Protection System, IP Video Surveillance System, Access Control System, Intrusion Detection and Alarm System, Special Protection Security System)

Skills

Bachelor's degree in IT & Telecom or related discipline from an accredited university. Advanced degree preferable.

10 years of relevant work experience in IT & Telecom or Integrated Security Services (ISS) fields.

Minimum 5 years experience in managing engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning works for IT & Telecom and ISS

Minimum 1 EPC project (management role) related to accommodation of at least 300 people.

Work experience in oil and gas industry preferable

Must have familiarity with best engineering practices and regulatory/permitting aspects in IT & Telecom/ISS fields.

Work experience in Middle East, especially Iraq is desirable.

Must be fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Iraqi nationals preferred.
