about the role



The ‘Master Data Owner – Site’ supports the Head of Master Data Management in defining, delivering and managing a global solution for managing the lifecycle of customer site data, including processes, data quality and referential system roadmap.
This role is part of a small core team responsible for the Master Data at the heart of the Orange Business digitsl customer journey strategy. It is a marketing-orientated role, focusing ensuring we hold and exploit the right data at the right quality to deliver commercial advantage, and therefore both customer experie3icne excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee and refine the entire digital lifecycle management of customer site records, from creation and amendment to closure. Collaborate with business stakeholders across various units to ensure the efficient use of site data for operational and analytical purposes. Lead initiatives to integrate site data into various systems and tools to enhance accessibility and utility. Monitor and enhance data quality in collaboration with the Data Quality team, addressing any identified issues at their root cause. Manage user access to site data, ensuring compliance with security and confidentiality requirements while promoting broad and effective use of the data.

about you



Qualifications:



A business-related academic degree or equivalent. Fluency in both French and English. Strong project management skills and experience in data process or quality management. Proficiency in MS Office and Teams.

Skills:



Exceptional ability to communicate with IT teams and business stakeholders. Proven capability in project delivery and translating complex requirements into actionable plans. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
