Job Description



Working for Portuguese Subsidiary, under supervision of Accounts Payable Manager - tasks are as follows:
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. prepare and process electronic transfers and payments. monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date. Paying employees by verifying expense reports. Managing Rent Receipts (from detached employees)

Qualifications



Previous Job experience in same tasks of at least 1 year English fluency (mandatory), good basis of French language and some knowledge of Portuguese language (could be a plus) Previous experience in SAGE software (not mandatory) Excellent knowledge in Excel Previous experience in CRM software. Expertise or general knowledge of payment systems (SEPA, bank transfers, cards, etc).
