To support our continued growth, we are now hiring a Distribution Business Manager to drive sell through, brand share and preference for HP-Poly in major Distribution Partners in Africa. The successful candidate will be based in Casablanca ffice. The role will require 60% travel. This role would ideally suit to a graduate with 5 x years channel sales experience managing Distributors and/or Resellers.


The successful candidate will be responsible for:


  • Building and executing on business plans for named Distribution Partners including a solid value proposition for the Distributor that leverages the power of HP-Poly.


  • Driving sell through of HP-Poly hardware and services through named Distribution Partners


  • Driving sufficient sell in of HP-Poly hardware through named Distribution Partners to support sell through.


  • Delivering accurate sales forecasts per named Distributor.


  • Influence and shape the business strategy of named Distribution Partners to create competitive advantage for HP


  • Grow HP’s business in named Distribution Partners through Reseller recruitment, NPI (New Product Introductions), opening new markets, leveraging new promotions and funds (eg. MDF).


  •  Identify options and migration paths to new Distribution business models to adapt to changing market conditions.


  • Drive Distributor investments in HP training, certifications and offers.


  • Driving brand share and preference for HP-Poly.


  • Being aware of competitive activity in named Distribution Partners


  • Gathering market insights and building plans to outmaneuver our competitors.


  • Candidates should speak the local language in the country where they operate and have fluent English.
