We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Sales Representative at Adeer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through proactive engagement with our clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about assisting customers, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

1.Customer Support:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer issues and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving to exceed expectations and ensure satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems, escalate complex issues as needed, and follow up to ensure resolution.

2.Sales Generation:

  • Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions and proactively promote our products and services to drive revenue growth.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers, persuasively closing sales and achieving targets.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, overcome objections, and convert opportunities into sales.

3.Relationship Building:

  • Build strong and lasting relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and retention through personalized interactions.
  • Engage with existing clients to understand their evolving needs, provide relevant solutions, and maximize satisfaction and value.

4.Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Educate customers on product functionalities, usage, and best practices to enhance their experience and drive adoption.

5.Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to track sales performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
