Sales Assistant: Assist customers with product queries and maximize sales at every available opportunity while ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service. In addition, ensure that the shop is fully merchandised according to the given layout and that shelves are kept fully stocked at all times to maximize the selling opportunity.
Till Assistant: Assist customers with product queries, billing and cash/ fund transactions to maximize sales at every available opportunity while ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service.
Customer Service: Experience in Customer service with good appearance standards and English communication and Must be able to work on shift basis.
Skills
Minimum High School Qualification with at least 2 years relevant work experience.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and written.
You must possess strong interpersonal skills and a strong team orientation.
Great customer focus and service delivery.
