Citi FX is a leading provider of Foreign Exchange products. With a focus on Corporate and Public Sector clients across the globe, the Cluster Corporate FX Sales team will lead the local FX Sales teams and ensure we have the right conversations with our clients and present them with the value-added advice, product and services for their specific needs.


The Corporate FX Sales will drive the execution of the key FX Sales business strategic priorities in alignment with the Regional strategic plan and assuring the highest standards set forth by the Global FX Sales business. The Corporate FX Sales will work closely with the Local Markets Head, FX Sales Cluster head, Digital FX Solutions and Risk Management Solutions teams to build and develop a strong FX platform with Global Network Group & Local Corporate and Public Sector clients.


The role's main responsibilities are to roll out regional initiatives to foster revenue growth and increase wallet share throughout all client segments.


Ensure that client communications and sales standards adhere strictly to Citi’s, and more specifically FX’s conduct expectations, policies, and procedures.



Responsibilities:


  • Deliver financial and non-financial targets utilizing Citi’s leadership standards.
  • Articulate a plan to grow revenues and increase share of wallet.
  • Implementation of the key strategies set forth by the Regional FX Management.
  • Ensure a greater engagement with the Digital Solutions and FX Risk Management Solutions teams in addition to the Markets Head in order to achieve the specific goals.
  • Interface with Banking team to enhance share of mind with clients, increase FX dialogue and to deliver markets expertise.
  • Understand and analyse clients’ businesses and exposures to provide best suited solutions in full coordination with all relevant business partners.
  • Work closely with the Trading desk to originate FX flows opportunities to the franchise.
  • Work closely with banking, not only to leverage relationships but also to ensure Citi captures FX opportunities from the global network of Local Corporate names (EM Champions).
  • Leverage internal relationships and work together with other products partners in order to provide best-in class platform and offer higher value products to Local clients.
  • Work with risk, legal, and other relevant partners to ensure transactions are structured robustly and relevant risks are identified and covered.
  • Building a culture of responsible ethics and finance and act as trusted advisor.

Qualifications:


  • Good understanding of Foreign Exchange and Derivatives Markets and business.
  • Minimum 6 – 10 years of FX Markets experience with Corporates or Institutions
  • Strong leadership skills to drive results.
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with Markets products, internal policies, and sales process.
  • University degree or higher (MA or MBA beneficial).
  • Fluent in English, French and Arabic preferred
