- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish mutually beneficial relationships.

- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, new products, and cost-saving opportunities, manage vendor performance, including monitoring quality, delivery time, and resolving any issues or disputes.

- Review purchase requisitions, solicit bids, and evaluate proposals to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance.

A supplier and distributor of pipes, tubes, fittings and other piping components.

Qualifications:

- Open to Russian and Ukrainian nationalities. 

- Male, 40 years old and below.

- At least 4 years work experiences as a procurement executive or similar role, dealing with steel pipe fittings (butt-weld fittings, flanges, weldolets, etc.)

- Must have knowledge of pipe fittings manufacturers globally, relevant industry, and market trends, pipe fittings production and technological process. 

- Must have great communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external supplier.
