Job Description:

• Help close business deals by providing competitive quotes and order reports, negotiating pricing and other terms with suppliers, and coordinating with the Logistics team for the fulfillment of customer orders.
• Ensure a quick turnaround time on quotes and requests for submissions.
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their orders.
• Handle inquiries from customers, vendors, and the internal team, providing resolutions as applicable within the specified timeframe.
• Assist the CEO with reporting and administrative tasks and manage a team of 8 members from different departments such as sales, accounting, and logistics.
