Responsibilities:
- Deliver High-Quality Training:
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions in Tourism, Hospitality, and Business Management at the bachelor's degree level.
- Course Development:
- Create comprehensive course outlines and develop relevant materials to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Management:
- Oversee the Learning Management System, ensuring a smooth and efficient online learning environment for students.
- Assignment Review and Grading:
- Evaluate and grade student assignments promptly, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Industrial Visits:
- Plan, organize, and execute industrial visits to provide students with real-world exposure and practical insights.
- Student Engagement Activities:
- Develop and conduct activities to enhance student engagement, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Fluent in English:
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
- Emotional Intelligence:
- Demonstrate high emotional intelligence to effectively connect with students and colleagues.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks related to training delivery, attendance tracking, and reporting.
