Executive Assistant


  • Efficiently manage the Chairman's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle the Chairman's personal finances, including expenses, bills, and financial reports, with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Run personal errands for the Chairman, such as household tasks and family travel arrangements.
  • Proactively follow up on tasks, correspondence, and pending items to ensure timely completion and maintain efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Chairman, screening communications and drafting correspondence, while maintaining confidentiality.
