Job Summary: The Government Liaison Officer is responsible for facilitating communication with government entities, obtaining permits, coordinating project activities, organizing work, arranging crisis management teams, activating school organizations, facilitating field visits, reducing project risks, preparing reports, and participating in meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with government agencies to facilitate project tasks.
  • Obtain permits for project activities.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities for project implementation.
  • Organize and document work according to approved procedures.
  • Arrange crisis management teams and school organizations.
  • Facilitate field visits for project team.
  • Reduce project risks.
  • Prepare reports and suggestions for performance development.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities and participate in meetings.
  • Plan and implement local events representing the organization.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor and management.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • 5 years' experience in communication and public relations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations preferred.
  • Flexibility to work long hours.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good appearance.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Tactful and listener.
