- Achieving the sales targets for the region and increasing the number of coloring centers
- Providing all the tools required for the center and assisting it in developing its performance with regard to commercial dealings with paint shops in the region and its affiliated coloring centers, if any, as well as project sales and sale to the final consumer.
- Follow up the coloring centers with regard to the movement of sales and items and develop a work program to achieve its goals and show the center in an appropriate manner.
- Follow up the performance of the centers affiliated to a major coloring center and verify their performance and achieve the objectives required of them.
- Verify the level of service provided to the center by the company regarding the delivery of goods, monthly gifts, machine maintenance and advertising, and inform the coloring center services coordinator in case of any defects.
- Assisting those in charge of the center, training them and raising their efficiency with regard to technical and commercial aspects, and convincing clients.
- Researching the satisfaction of customers dealing with the centers, solving problems that may occur, and preparing reports on them.
- Follow up on promotional campaigns, offers and new products that the company may offer in the market, work to increase its activities, verify the center's presentation of it and benefit from it to the fullest.
- Participation in the establishment of training seminars for the debaters and the work of the seminars for the centers affiliated with it, and work to make it a success and achieve the objective of its establishment.
- Performing any other management-related task assigned to him by the direct manager.
