  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Handle customers’ inbound and outbound calls and inquiries.
  • Follow up on customers’ complaints and issues when required.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Follow up by email and respond to inquiries
  • Answering customer enquiries or passing them on to another department
  • Reply to open chats on social media.

Level of education: Graduates.Graduates ONLY.Flexibility with rotational shifts.Good English skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Work experience as a Customer Service or similar role.Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus.Team player.Immediate Hiring8 working hours + 1 hour break.
