Attendance: -
Weekly attendance reports (+) penalty calculation
- filing online forms by month by name
- filing annual and medical forms and following up on anything that is missing
- summary sheet
- reminder to missing days/ missing prints daily
Interviews: - scheduling interviews
- sending invitation emails
- Screening CVs and phone screening
Onboarding:
- Welcome email
- Opening new emails
- requesting new signature
- seating arrangement
- orientation
- explaining the attendance process
- welcome package
- setting up assets and any needed software
- NDAs
- Employment file completion
- opening bank account
- social forms
Offboarding
- taking back the asset
- giving back the employment documents
- Social forms
- moving email storage and requesting it's closed
- sending an email to align the completion of these tasks
Assets set up: -setting up Apple ID
-setting up Microsoft or any needed application
Medical:
- Sign up new employees for programs
- maintain an updated medical sheet
- get other packages
- help employees with reimbursement
Social:
-Planning and budgeting employees' activity calendar
- Actively working on enhancing work environment
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR ExecutivePeople oriented and results drivenDemonstrable experience with Human Resources metricsKnowledge of HR systems and databasesAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesDegree in Human Resources or related field
