We are looking for a Quality assurance Specialist to join a leading group of companies in the Tourism Industry.
Job Brief:
- Ensure that company quality standards are observed.
- Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports
- Make recommendations for improvement
- Create training materials and operating manuals
- Sending daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports to the Head of the QA Management.
- Quality Assurance Specialist/ Manager is implemented in all services provided to our customers, starting from their arrival at the airports, throughout their journey, and until their departure.
- We ensure that the Tour leaders, Tour guides, and Drivers carry out their duties correctly and deliver the highest quality of service, following the established quality standards and agreed-upon conditions.
- We conduct regular visits to Airports, Bazars, Visit stops, and restaurants that cater to our customers, ensuring the quality of service and the satisfaction of customers with the food and service.
- We verify that the restaurants provide the best service to our customers and ensure the cleanliness of the premises and staff.
- We verify that all Tour leaders, Tour guides, and Drivers adhere to the company's official dress code at all times when accompanying our customers.
- We also ensure the cleanliness of tourist vehicles and that all agreed-upon services are available in the vehicle as per the customers' expectations.
Have At least 2 to 4 Years experience.Very good command of English written and spoken.Very good Leadership and Communication Skills
