- Receive and Review Department daily activities (PM, Checklists, Work orders).
- Instruct and prepare detailed job plans, such as lockout/tagout, list parts and workforce.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 14001, 45001, 9001/2015, ISO 22000)
- Following up Maintenance Department KPI’s and creating the corrective actions to achieve departments targets.
- Keeping correct logs of various activities like maintenance, hours of work, spare parts inventory, and etc. through ERP or the existing system.
- Improve dynamically the preventive maintenance planning which will reduce reactive maintenance and thus enhance the site productivity.
- A Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Creating a (Daily - Weekly - Monthly - Annual) Maintenance Report.
- Develop and perform internal trainings for the Maintenance team.
- Collaborate with the maintenance manager on overall department strategy and initiatives.
- Creating a developing (SOP) for production and maintenances.
- Receive and study MOC for new modification and creating an action plan for it.
- Ensure That maintenance documentation, logs, reports, and equipment histories recorded.
- Oversee (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Revise spare parts strategic items on annual basis.
Bachelor's degree In Engineering1-4 years of Experience in relevant industrySound knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling concepts, processes and CMMS systems.Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and ERP software.Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills. Detail-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team. Write and speak English fluently.
