Job Description

The Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department of Global. This position involves providing administrative assistance, managing sales-related documentation and processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales function. Responsibilities:
  • Assist sales team with maintaining records, reports, and documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute sales materials and coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring a well-maintained clients meeting schedule.
  • Process sales requests, coordinate with relevant departments, and maintain documentation.
  • Update and maintain CRM system, supporting customer relationship management.
  • Coordinate sales activities with internal teams and communicate with clients and partners.
  • Collect and analyze sales data, prepare reports and contribute to sales insights.
  • Manage office needs, including materials and supplies, to ensure a well-equipped and organized work environment, while handling office expenses efficiently.
  • Answer clients' phone calls and maintain meetings in the branch, providing professional and attentive customer support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Proven experience in sales support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
