We are looking for experienced District Managers in Cairo & Giza to manage all elements of the sales cycle in his area to reach the business's profit and sales goals by identifying opportunities within the sales territory and increasing revenue.
- Implement Sales strategies defined by the Sales Manager and achieve Sales targets by managing the assigned territory.
- Establish new business opportunities by building solid partnerships and sustaining relationships with new and existing clients and business partners.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns designed to expand brand awareness and highlight the benefits of company products and services.
- Generate ideas for customers to enhance and customize sales procedures.
- Define indirect sales territories (geographical, itineraries route to market), and sales and coverage targets to maximize distribution control in the designated area.
- Provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager on company marketing and product development needs, pricing and offer recommendations, competitors' sales activities, and consumer needs.
- Evaluate the Sales team's performance, define their goals and KPIs, and point out their key strengths and areas of improvement.
- Develop sales reports reflecting the team's achievements towards the strategic plans.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary, or Science.Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a district manager in the Pediatric and Dermatology sectors.Strong communication, leadership, and management skills.Experience in sales negotiation and providing solutions based on customer needs.High leadership capabilities and a proven record in managing people's performance.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Flexible personality, adaptable to changing circumstances, and working well in a dynamic environment.Excellent written and spoken English language skills.Customer-oriented and proactive personality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
