• Pricing for wooden works such as (doors, cladding, units …etc)
• Accurately calculating the cost of projects required to be manufactured and delivered.
• Full knowledge of all industry inputs in a way to calculate the raw materials for any product
• Familiarity with a reasonable amount of industry techniques in a way to calculate product manufactures
• Produce detailed shop drawings and select suitable materials (wood, metal, accessories, paint, textiles, etc.)
• Hold regular meetings with project's carpenter or suppliers to coordinate architectural needs and requirements, solve problems, and clarify technical issues and specifications.
• Ensure high quality, functional solutions and maintain company standards with regular site inspections.
• Experience needed 3-5 years.• Proven experience as a Carpenter Engineer, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.• Experience with woodworking machinery and equipment.• Familiarity with CAD software for design and drafting.
