Real Estate Sales Agent - Secondary Market

Job Description

One of our clients is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent – Secondary Market to join their thriving real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property leasing, a keen understanding of market trends, and excellent negotiation skills, also you will:


                          Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and budget for secondary properties.

                          Analyse client needs to provide personalized property recommendations.

                          Create comprehensive listings for secondary properties, highlighting key features and advantages.

                          Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote secondary properties through various channels.

                          Conduct property valuations based on market trends, comparable sales, and property conditions.

                          Advise clients on appropriate pricing strategies for their secondary properties to maximize returns.

                          Schedule and conduct property showings for interested buyers.

                          Provide insightful information about the neighbourhoods, amenities, and potential for improvement of secondary properties during tours.

                          Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

                          Manage the documentation and paperwork associated with the negotiation and offer acceptance process.

                          Stay informed about current market trends and conditions for secondary properties.

                          Generate regular reports on property sales, market trends, and client feedback.

                          Ensure that all transactions comply with local real estate laws and regulations.

                          Assist clients in completing due diligence processes for secondary property purchases.

                          Build and maintain a strong network of contacts, including other real estate professionals, mortgage brokers, and legal professionals.

                          Attend industry events and networking functions to enhance connections and business opportunities.

                          Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying and selling process.

                          Follow up with clients regularly to address concerns, answer queries, and ensure overall satisfaction.

                          Stay informed about changes in the real estate market, financing options, and property-related regulations.

                          Continuously update knowledge on property-related technologies and industry advancements.


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:


                          Be educated to degree level.

                          Be fluent in English along with your native language of either Russian, Italian, French, German, Chinese, Arabic or Indian.

                          UAE Driving License

                          Have Good knowledge of Dubai’s Real Estate market.

                          Be capable of growing a solid social media presence.
