  • As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical or medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, by building strong relationships and providing comprehensive product information.
  • Collaboration with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to collect and communicate customer feedback will be crucial. This collaborative effort will drive continuous improvement and alignment with market requirements.
  • Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets, requiring you to develop and execute strategic sales plans, actively participate in conferences and trade shows, and deliver captivating product presentations to healthcare professionals.
  • As part of your responsibilities, you will engage in comprehensive market research to pinpoint potential customers and stay attuned to industry trends, along with assessing competitor products and strategies to devise impactful sales strategies.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets will be at the core of your responsibilities. This will entail formulating and executing strategic sales plans, actively participating in conferences and trade shows, and delivering persuasive product presentations to healthcare professionals.
  • Your role's central focus will be on meeting and surpassing sales targets. This will involve the strategic development and execution of sales plans, active engagement in conferences and trade shows, and the delivery of compelling product presentations to healthcare professionals.

Responsible for sales growth. Makes sales presentations to all medical professionals within the assigned territory to achieve sales goals. Develop and build relationships with various clinical decision makers to expand core customer base and product sales market share.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Aggressively promote product assigned & accomplish the planned sales targets within the given timeframe.
  • Maintains good dealing with Private and Government Hospital in Qatar (HMC).
  • Aggressively promote products to all pharmacy chain and individual pharmacy.
  • Attains or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual territory sales objectives for all products.
  • Keeps management informed of customer and competitive activity, which could impact the sales or marketing position of our products also develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing in the territory.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Qatar driving license is a Must.
