Salary:               Up to 7K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description: 

- To develop knowledge of Food & Beverage and all facilities, including detailed menu and wine knowledge, size and capacities of function areas and restaurants. 

- To respond to business enquiries promptly identify the needs of clients/ potential clients’ accurately and efficiently. 

- To prepare client function sheets accurately and promptly, ensuring details are communicated to all those concerned.

- To ensure that the policies, procedures, and rules are adhered to at all times, including loss and/ or damage to the property and/ or revenue.

- To attend training courses as determined by the Department and the needs of the business, including annual fire, hygiene, health, and safety training.

Skills

Qualifications:

- 35 years old and below

- Diploma in hospitality is an advantage

- At least 2 years of experience as an Events Executive in the hospitality industry
