We are seeking a highly skilled and specialized Registered Nurse with experience in cardiology. As a Registered Nurse in our cardiology department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to individuals with cardiovascular conditions. Additionally, having experience in insurance is considered an advantage as it will contribute to the smooth operation of our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

1. Assessing and monitoring patients with cardiovascular conditions, including conducting physical examinations and interpreting diagnostic tests.
2. Developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients with cardiology-related issues.
3. Administering medications and treatments specific to cardiology, such as anticoagulants and vasodilators.
4. Assisting with cardiology procedures, including stress tests, echocardiograms, and cardiac catheterizations.
5. Educating patients and their families on managing their cardiac conditions, including lifestyle modifications and medication adherence.
6. Collaborating with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
7. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
8. Ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
9. Participating in continuous education and professional development activities to stay updated with the latest advancements in cardiology.
10. Assisting with insurance-related tasks, such as verifying coverage, obtaining authorizations, and coordinating with insurance providers.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in cardiology.
2. Specialization or certification in cardiology nursing.
3. Experience working with insurance processes and documentation.
4. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of cardiology procedures and treatments.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
