Job Summary
As a Head Strategic Affairs, your primary responsibilities are to define and implement long-term sales strategy for the business in all operating markets, in view of the market requirements and business objectives, to ensure contribution to the net profit.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop Ann.ual Sales Plan in line with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Ensure the implementation of the annual sales plan, in line with the overall business objectives.
- Develop and ensure effective implementation of TMI in line with the marketing plan.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, leading to efficient supply. chain of materials, and subsequent controlling of inventory costs.
- Develop ""New Markets"" in line with the AOP.
- Closely liaise with the marketing team in identifying New. Product Development (NPD) opportunities for the business.
- Conduct detailed monthly sales reviews to ensure business performance is in line with the AOP.
- Effieciently control the sales & distribution costs as per AOP
- Closely monitor & track competitors' activities.
- Ensure adequate pipeline of talent and skills within the department for succession planning."

Work experience requirement
- Experience in food manufacturing industry for 10-15 years.
- Export & international sales management in leading FMCG Manufacturing / Distribution business minimum 10 years.
